Referral program

The referral program lets you share a personal link, earn rewards when the people you invite sign up and pay, and (when enabled) cash those rewards out. This page walks through finding your link, customizing it, tracking results, and requesting payouts.

Is the referral program available?

Referrals are optional and controlled by a feature flag. If the program is turned on for your account, you will see a Referrals entry under the Billing group in Settings. If you do not see it, the program is not enabled for you and the page will return a 404.

When enabled, open it from the dashboard sidebar: Settings -> Billing -> Referrals, or go straight to /settings/referrals.

  1. Open Settings -> Referrals.
  2. Find the Your referral link card.
  3. Your full link is shown under Saved share URL (it looks like https://.../r/YOURCODE).
  4. Click Copy to copy it to your clipboard, then share it anywhere.

You earn when someone uses your link to sign up and then makes a payment.

You can change the code that appears after /r/ in your link.

  1. In the same card, use the Customize link ending field.
  2. Type your new code. It is automatically uppercased, and a live preview of the new link is shown above the field, marked Unsaved until you save.
  3. Click Save code.

Understand your reward

The Your reward banner at the top of the page explains exactly how you get paid. The details depend on how the program is configured, so read your own banner for the real numbers. It covers:

  • One-time reward or Recurring commission - either a fixed amount or credits per referral, or a percentage of every invoice your referral pays (for a set number of months or for their lifetime).
  • When it lands - each reward is held for a number of days after the payment, then becomes available.
  • How it is paid / Cashing out - rewards are added to your account as a balance or credits, or (in cash mode) paid out once you reach the minimum.
  • Refund protection - if your referral is refunded within the clawback window, the matching reward is reversed.

Track your results

The stats area shows your funnel and earnings:

  • Clicks - how many times your link was opened.
  • Signups - how many people registered.
  • Conversions - how many became paying customers.
  • Pending - rewards still in the hold period.
  • Earned - rewards now available to you.

The Your referrals table lists each person you referred with their Status (such as pending, converted, rewarded, disqualified, or expired), the date they Joined, and when they Converted.

Apply someone else's invite code

If another customer gives you their code, you can apply it once.

  1. Find the Apply an invite code card (shown only when you are eligible).
  2. Enter the Invite code from another customer.
  3. Click Apply code.

Applying a code does not change your own referral link.

Earnings and payouts (cash mode)

When the program runs in cash mode, an Earnings and payouts panel appears with your Available, Pending, and Lifetime totals.

Accept the terms

Before you can request a payout, you must accept the program terms.

  1. In the payouts panel, click View terms to read them.
  2. Click Accept terms.

Save your payout details

  1. Choose a Payout method (for example, PayPal or bank transfer).
  2. For PayPal, enter your PayPal email.
  3. For bank, enter your account holder name, bank name, bank country, IBAN / account number, SWIFT / BIC, and routing / sort code (optional).
  4. Click Save payout details.

Request a payout

When your Available balance reaches the minimum, the Request payout button becomes active. Click it to submit a request. Each request appears in the table below with its Date, Amount, Status, and Reference.

You can only request a payout once you have accepted the terms, saved a payout method, and reached the minimum balance.
